This is a great service. The shop is next door to Victoria Station. The young man on duty was very courteous and efficient. I dropped bags, walked to Harrods, walked to Buckingham Palace, then walked back to get bags and take train to the airport. It was very convenient and the cost was modest.

Easy to drop off, bags safely stored in the back of the store and returned easily and securely. As a heads up, the bag drop is the Smart Point store - where the app sends you through to on Google Maps is on the wrong side of the road and the store is about 100 yards closer to Lime Street station.

Very easy. Close to south Kensington Station. Just had to show them the QR code for drop off and pick up. I chose the flexible rate so I had time till 10pm to pick it up. I would use this shop again.
