I left my suitcase for 1 night in Kusatsu while travelling in Tokyo. Most places that allow long-term storage of suitcases open at 10am, but this place only opens at 8am. It rained a lot on the day of departure, so there was a lot of rainwater splashing on my suitcase, but they wiped it carefully and took it to the storage area. If you are travelling to Ueno early in the morning by shinkansen and have a short trip to other areas, this is the place to leave your luggage.

Friendly, helpful and cheap compared to other's more centrally located. The storage is just opposite the train station, super handy if like me you want to visit Fondazione Prada before heading to the airport. Thank you again to the staff.

They were happy to store our bags, everything worked as expected. The only issue we had was the app itself. We specifically chose the location due to being open late, however the app defaulted to showing our pickup time much earlier than their posted hours.

But I didn’t understand when booking it was NOT a proper locker. They just keep your luggages for you in their backroom shop. Nothing has been stolen but I was not really confident when I left it

This place is in a different location than google indicates. You have to look for a place called Catnip, if you like kitties you will even stop there. I recommend this place to leave your luggage as well as have a coffee, tea or spend time with the kitties.

We left the suitcases without any problem. You go into the restaurant and show the QR and that's it. Then they take photos of the luggage you have left. Quick and easy.

The booking was a huge success. The drop off and the pickup were very quick. The staff is kind and polite. The store is right behind the central Stephansplatz and a 5min walk to the metro line U3 to go towards the airport. I fully recommend 👌🏻

Easy, quick & efficient luggage drop off. Trustworthy people, our bags were kept in great condition and we had no issues. Really well located to the centre and there’s a direct bus to the airport nearby number 22. It is a barbershop which holds the luggage for you at the back, we had a delightful experience.

Excellent drop off location, Jose Manuel was a great help with out heavy suitcases. He kept them for 2 weeks and returned them to us in perfect condition.

Top experience: the storage is inside a supermarket behind the Bologna Train Station and it’s open till 2am, the owner is friendly and nice, everything was smooth and safe. Thank you!

Was so simple, paid online then arrived at the nominated place. All very straightforward!

Maybe if the shop had better signage or an updated photo to see the shop clearly then that would help, and maybe update the lin on the property, other than that, its a 2 min walk from the tube station and close to all attractions bars, hotels etc

A bit confusing to find the entrance but a very safe place to leave belongings, we left our luggage, to communicate we had to do it by phone, as a suggestion would be to leave a contact number to be able to communicate better, thank you very much.

Overall a very good experience. It’s a little bit hard to find the location but if you ask the workers there on the 2nd floor even if they don’t speak English they will show you where to go.

Fast, convenient, safe, and reliable with excellent customer service and human interaction, immediately bookable with credit card online, 8 minutes from the train station in an easily locatable place (accurate to Google Maps directions), closes at 9:00pm when the Stroudsburg Christmas Market closes—highly recommend! The best luggage storage I've ever used. So many luggage storage places were sold out on a Sunday today, but this Radical Storage outlet located in a nearby electronics store came in clutch and saved us! Every step of the process was easy, reliable, and streamlined. We stored four bags here, and what we appreciated most was the human element. The store employees immediately helped us store our suitcases and and backpacks with a smile, made sure our backpacks (with laptops inside) were safe and wouldn't fall and break without us needing to ask, took pictures, and made sure our things were in clear view of their eyesight the entire time in the store. They treated our belongings with the same care as if they were their own belongings, which is rare. :) When we picked up our luggage, another employee immediately helped us and asked us for confirmation before returning our bags. This means they do their due diligence and don't return bags to just anyone. Since pickpockets can show up outside of Paris, I appreciate this store's commitment to keeping tourists' belongings safe and giving us the peace of mind to enjoy our time here. :) Also, this is one of the few places that closes after 6-8pm, so customers don't have to rush from the Christmas market to pick up their belongings.
