A little hard to find but good service

We were very grateful for the flexibility of the service despite our large luggage. The staff were lovely and made us feel at ease leaving our belongings with them.

It is a small supermarket and you can take advantage of it to store your suitcase and buy something. Friendly and no problem ....

What amazes me the most when i got inside the building i was looking for the right place, but staff from near by stores within the building are kind enough to tell me “hey luggage” its right there. Very convenient, five minutes' walk from the central Liverpool Street station. Drop off your luggage, take a stamp with you and pick it up again before travelling on. Ideal for a stroll around the city after checking out of the hotel without having to lug around bulky and heavy luggage. Good opening hours...not cheap but good value. Not easy to find. Look out for the small pavement sign.

A few minutes' walk from the railway station. The size of the luggage does not matter, as it is not placed in a locker but in the corridor of a small hotel (right in front of the constantly manned reception desk). So no problem with long or otherwise bulky items such as guitar cases or similar. Drop-off and pick-up completely unproblematic. Very practical for sightseeing. However, the price of 5 euros per item is plus 1.75 insurance, which you only realise when you book online.

I left my suitcase here for 5 days recently and the experience was excellent at a very affordable rate (the cheapest I experienced in any European city and I travel extensively). The shop keeper is very kind.

It's very simple - you can scan the QR code inside to open the desired website or make a reservation in advance. You will receive a QR code, which you need to show to the postal workers, and they will take your luggage for storage. When you come to pick it up, show them the same QR code. It's post office.

Easy way to store your lugage (nearby Gare du Nord!) and visit the place where you stay. We Booked this spot easily and - in my opinion - very cheap for the service that was deliverd! Good, friendly and easy. Just what you need to have a pleasant day in Paris. We sure will return!

A brilliant idea for travellers with luggage/bags, and who have time to explore Edinburgh, without carrying them around with them. What made it even more special, was a lovely young man called Luke from the customer service team. He took us directly to the guest lounge, making sure his colleagues helped us to leave our luggage here. He’s definitely a credit to St James Quadrant.

Very quick and friendly service! We booked through the website and used the app so when we got there it was an easy process. Located in one of the green shed-like buildings. We found it very easily and were very pleased our experience. If I ever go back to Venice I will certainly use this location again.

Checked out of our hotel in the morning and train wasn't booked until the evening, so this was ideal to offload our suitcases to save carting them around all day. Would definitely use them again.

The left-luggage office is ideally located just opposite the Châtelet metro station, and baggage storage and retrieval were extremely quick.

For the past 10 years, I have been in Lucca for the comics fair. Over the years, the organisation has been increasingly effective, managing to handle the huge flow of people flocking to the fair. An efficient, well-organised station, built in the 'classic' style of Italian railway stations. Seeing it always brings back strong emotions.

Excellent experience in Lausanne. Simple application. Efficient and, above all, what a pleasure to be able to drop off your luggage in complete safety close to the station and not have to lug around any luggage for a short visit to the city. It was in a hotel, which is ideal because of the wide opening hours and very secure procedure. I'll be using it again next time I travel.
