I'd read the previous review and was a bit worried but thought I'd give it a go through the official app. There are 2 different addresses provided on different platforms and that's where the confusion seems to come from. The storage is on Maxwell Main Road right by the junction of Deal Gardens in a big brown building called Kenwood. Book through the app and they'll provide you with the exact location and a local contact number if you need to liaise with the storage people. They were very responsive and helpful. Great service overall.

They’re located right in the heart of the ManU football (soccer) and rugby stadiums. My family and I were there for a Man U game in February so the whole area was buzzing and tense due to the game, the politics of hiring a new coach, etc.. but the people at this shop were friendly, engaging, handled all the clueless tourists like myself with ease and patience.
