Very convenient, five minutes' walk from the central Liverpool Street station. Drop off your luggage, take a stamp with you and pick it up again before travelling on. Ideal for a stroll around the city after checking out of the hotel without having to lug around bulky and heavy luggage. Good opening hours...not cheap but good value. Not easy to find. Look out for the small pavement sign.

A few minutes' walk from the railway station. The size of the luggage does not matter, as it is not placed in a locker but in the corridor of a small hotel (right in front of the constantly manned reception desk). So no problem with long or otherwise bulky items such as guitar cases or similar. Drop-off and pick-up completely unproblematic. Very practical for sightseeing. However, the price of 5 euros per item is plus 1.75 insurance, which you only realise when you book online.

It's very simple - you can scan the QR code inside to open the desired website or make a reservation in advance. You will receive a QR code, which you need to show to the postal workers, and they will take your luggage for storage. When you come to pick it up, show them the same QR code. It's post office.

A brilliant idea for travellers with luggage/bags, and who have time to explore Edinburgh, without carrying them around with them.
