The pin is not exactly correct - the storage is in the Touriststation centre at the same piazza. Mind the closing time is 5PM, so you need to be there ten minutes before hand.

Took ages to find it because there are no signs. Its actually in an Indian restaurant. You have to download an app to use the service. The guys running it are awesome and speak English. They looked after the bags well. Most if the bags are left outside the restaurant but Japan is safe & people don’t steal stuff…A

The only slight hassle is actually the registration process, as you have to download an app, then enter a code to get a QR code and find out the exact address. It’s less convenient than the lockers that used to be in the stations themselves, but it is more secure...M

Easy and convenient to use the QR to register luggage. Tote/purse small bag 3.9 euro big luggage 6 euro. They do charge 1.7 per luggage for insurance extra. Cheap and good service! Be careful when you are searching for the right building, those kind of storages are inside other shops (for example this is inside the supermarket Joker). One suggestion for the service owner can be adding a nice poster in front of the shop to help tourists identify the place in a simple way 😅 But anyway recommended :) 👍🏻S
