The perfect place to leave your luggage near the train station. The staff are friendly and the luggage storage room is quite spacious. I booked online, but you can also turn up without a booking and it’s €1 cheaper; however, there were quite a few of us and we didn’t want to risk not having enough space to store our bags because there were so many of us. There’s always someone in the room to collect and return your bags. It’s at street level, to the right of the hotel entrance. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to leave your belongings.

A safe and friendly luggage storage facility. I was a bit surprised at first that they store items inside the market, but as they do so within the market itself, I had no trouble leaving or collecting my luggage. (If you ask when you can collect it, do plan ahead). There are some great udon and ramen restaurants nearby, so it’s a good place to leave your luggage if you’re a Korean visitor who’s had enough of French food and wants to head to the Louvre after lunch.

The staff were wonderful! The problem is... the hotel is really hard to find! Inside of the shopping center, from the main entrance, IGNORE the City Center Hotel sign beside the first elevator you see, and continue to the far end of the mall. Near the end of the corridor, on the right, is another elevator with the hotel sign on it. Take that elevator to floor 2 and you have arrived at the baggage drop/check-in counter!

My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport. At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!
