The owner was very friendly. After he helped his other customers, he scanned my code, took pictures of our bags and then we were off to have fun. For pickup, he scanned the code and gave us our bags. Nothing was touched. Great price, $6 a bag to park it for 7 hours while you play. Highly recommend! So worth it!

What a great place to store your bags! They put them out of view of the customer behind a door in a seperate room and they are 100% safe. So close to Central Station and affordable, with a free bag storage on your fifth bag stored as well as a discount for return customers. I tried a few different places before finding Radical Storage in Digbeth. The information is not up-to-date for a lot of these other places, so I am glad this one was correct, although Google could have been more helpful. The booking process was pretty quick and simple once you have an account. The guy in the cafe was really nice and very friendly. Price-wise, it was more expensive than others, but then they weren't actually available, so there was no real choice.

It is advertised as 24 hours, but the shop really opens at 11. I simply called the number the night before and asked about this, he said I should call when I’m close and he’ll be there. So this is what I did. I got there at about 8am, called him, and he was there. No issues at all. I will recommend this place. 10/10
