Julián took great care of us and guided us throughout our stay. It's a great place if you want to leave your things, relax and explore the city.

Felt very safe. It was a good 10 minute walk from the bus station which was a bit more than I expected. Nice and respectful people at the desk.

Very convenient location, just a few steps from Scanderberg Square (in the centre of Tirana) and no problems with communication or luggage storage. Recommended! We left our backpacks there from around 9.30 in the morning until 5.30 in the afternoon.

At reception, there is a charming lady with a slight Slavic accent, which gives her a lot of charm. I would love to go hiking with her, especially in Corsica, where we have shared some memories. Charming and unpretentious, she is a rare gem who should be well paid to keep her at this establishment. I wish her a good day. PH

Really easy. Storage is at a shop rather than in lockers but it felt safe and was extremely efficient.

We didn't check the timetable and caught her just as everything was closing, but she took the trouble to reopen everything to give us our suitcases. The girl is very friendly and saved our lives because otherwise we wouldn't have made the bus.

Super convenient! Right next to the Châtelet metro exit. Since the Conciergerie and Sainte Chapelle cannot store luggage, the Île de la Cité is just a stone's throw away. Very friendly and cheerful staff, which is rare in Paris 👌🏻

It took us a while to find the place because we thought it was a ticket office and it was inside a bar, but otherwise everything was fine.
