This location was at a tobacco smoke shop in a slightly sketchy but very convenient area of downtown Seattle. My luggage was handled safely and I was helped quickly in a friendly manner during checking in and receiving luggage :)

The place was a corner deli, so you are able to get food, snacks or drinks while your bags are put away. Very convenient.

Really great, 100% recommended. Thanks to them, we were able to get around and enjoy Madrid without having to carry our suitcase and backpack. If your check-in time at the hotel/hostel or other accommodation is very late and you arrive early, or if your departure ticket is quite late and you want to make the most of the whole day without any baggage, I would gladly pay for it. It saved us the back pain we had the last time.

The hostel was located very close to our accommodation. The same-day booking was quick and easy. A very nice gentleman took our luggage, photographed it and locked it in a separate room. Pick-up was also quick and easy. We were able to spend another wonderful day in Valencia without having to worry about our luggage.

We had reservations to drop off our luggage at 9:30 AM and had an excursion to be at by 9;55 that was a 7 minute walk away. When we got to the Radical Storage location, we found that the store didn't open until 10. We made contact with the store describing our predicament and they had someone come and open the store early, so we were able to make our excursion. I was impressed how quickly they solved our situation. They do need to upgrade store opening time with the drop off reservation booking done online.

The worst thing is the construction work going on around the area, which makes it difficult to get there, but if you go via the underground station and exit where the ticket office is, you can avoid walking too far. The place is very nice and the shop assistant is friendly.

We had a very good experience storing our luggage here in Bologna. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and simple. It’s a good idea to book in advance through the app to make things even smoother. The location is just outside the station, not inside, which we didn’t realize at first — but it’s still very close and easy to find. Our bags were kept safely in a storage room and we had no issues at all. A big plus is how easy it is to grab a taxi when picking up your luggage — just go down one level and there’s hardly any wait. Good service, fair price, and very convenient overall.

A very secure luggage storage facility, open 24 hours a day, about a ten-minute walk from the train and bus stations. Perfect for a late-night departure, which wouldn't have been possible in a shop or café/restaurant. We even waited a while afterwards in the McDonald's halfway there...
