It was great once we found it, but that part was not easy. You have to walk onto platform 1, and then turn right. Then it will be ~100 meters on the right, next to a tabbachi shop. We turned left and ended up doing circles around the station.

The storage location assigned to us was a 5 to 10-min walk to Seoul Station which is pretty convenient especially for those who are traveling via station (e.g. riding KTX). Just a bit of safety concern with the storage location because the staircase (leading up to the reception) was lined up with luggages and it's quite challenging to carry a 30kg luggage. Overall the experience was great.
