Straightforward easy process. The guy at the reception desk at Hotel Scaletta was exceptionally grumpy but I still managed to get a ghost of a smile out of him. I guess he's just not too happy in his job but that doesn't affect the actual service and freedom of leaving your heavy bag somewhere secure for a bit. You need your QR code to pick up as well so don't delete the email after dropping off.

Good experience, however after I had already made a reservation i found out that there were probably cheaper lockers available at the station. When you enter you see many lockers but it’s not stored in a locker, they just keep it somewhere in the back. Paid 6,99 for one bag from 14:00-19:00

The service was great. There are no lockers, just someone who looks after your luggage, so you don’t have to worry about the size or shape of your bags. The location is very convenient, as you just have to cross the road when you exit Termini Station.
