Quick and easy to drop off. Pleasant host. However not easy to find as Google maps is misleading

The service was very good and without problems. The only caveat is that it was difficult to locate. No external signage (although this maybe a security measure?) and the link from the app through to maps took us to the wrong location.

I was an elderly lady travelling alone for the first time. I could find no name of your company in the street, so finally asked at a small paper/tobacco shop for directions. At first they had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them my paperwork, and finally one man said oh yes ,that’s here. He said he would put my bag around the corner out of site. I have to be honest, he was a bit surly and not at all friendly. I spent my whole Christmas weekend worrying if I should leave my suitcase there and if I would ever see it again. I asked for a receipt but he said he could not give me one. Subsequently I looked on your web site again and it showed the shop front, so that gave me some confidence at least. It is sad that I needed to be so suspicious, but unfortunately that’s the world we live in.. I do think there should at least be a sign in the shop with your name on, and a receipt should not be too much to ask for. I very rarely give bad reviews but the worry certainly affected my weekend.

Rápido y cómodo, pero la dirección no estaba bien ya que me costó encontrar el lugar para dejar mi mochila, tuve que preguntar en otros locales y ellos me ayudaron a saber dónde era el lugar. Creo que también deberían ponerle el nombre a cada mochila, ya que en caso de que lleguen más podrían entregarlas de forma equivocada y sería más seguro, todo lo demás lo encontré bien!
