The information is not up-to-date for a lot of these other places, so I am glad this one was correct, although Google could have been more helpful. Everything went well. It was easy to locate the place. It is only one stop away from the airport (with bus 5) Then I walked just 3 minutes. It is advertised as 24 hours, but the shop really opens at 11. I simply called the number the night before and asked about this, he said I should call when I’m close and he’ll be there. So this is what I did. I got there at about 8am, called him, and he was there. No issues at all. I will recommend this place. 10/10

It is very close to Shinjuku Station. It is on the ground floor of the building shown in the photos, and there is a lift if you need it. The staff were very quick to process the booking and took care of our luggage immediately. Make sure you save the QR code you use to make the booking, as you will need it later to collect all your belongings. I think it's much better than the lockers at the station and surrounding area. I definitely recommend it.

Its a bit hard to find location and there are other luggage storages around (including lockers just around the corner), but this place is actually so nice and safe. It is in the cafe-bar around the corner, location on maps is not really accurate but its worth effort finding it. The family runs the bar and they are so nice and polite, and give the vibe of honest people which helps feeling safe.
