Great solution. Excellent pricess and good service at the store where we left the baggage. The only problem was related to the instructions to get to the delivery place. It was wrong and it made me loose time and carry my luggage 4 blocks without any need for that. Please improve the directions in the app that it will really help travellers. Thank you.

My partner and I, we were running late for our train leaving New York and we still had our luggage and we needed to ditch it like immediately. I used the mobile site and booked two spots in literally less than 60 seconds the pre-populated parameters in the URL meant I didn't waste time typing my dates which was a massive CRO win on their part.

Seriously this service is the best innovation in travel since the carry-on bag I am not kidding. We had checked out of our hotel early but still wanted to go shopping and eat lunch near Penn Station, but carrying heavy suitcases through the crowds was impossible.
