The first luggage storage location we booked refused to accept our bags. In the app, we received the location details and went there, but the shopkeeper told us we were at the wrong place. The address shown in the app was actually two buildings away, even though the photo of the shop and the location description matched perfectly.
We went outside and called the phone number listed for the shop. The same person answered the phone, which confirmed that the contact details in the app were correct. I don't know why, but he simply didn't want to store our luggage.
We contacted customer support, and they were immediately helpful. They quickly reallocated our booking to another luggage storage location.P

Highly recommend this service if you are traveling in NYC with luggage. It was very easy to find, conveniently located steps from Penn Station. Just scan your bar code and off you go. Same procedure to pick up your bags when you are ready to go.V

Its a small shop and they will likely just put your bag behind the counter. Insurance covers up to $3k so I wouldn't leave anything more valuable there. Otherwise very convenient for a day trip if you want to be able to walk around without hauling a bag with you.J

We had to leave the bag last minute and this place was great. I believe its 24 hrs so its very convenient. Its about a 6-7 mins walk from the Path Station WTC and about 5 mins to the Wall Street station.J

Amazing! Easy, convenient and less expensive than a storage unit or a hotel room. If you are in the city for a day consider dropping off at one of these locations, the one we picked was very close to the bus/train station, but also a bit out of the way so there is not a whole bunch of foot traffic while you are dropping off or picking upC
