It’s located by Times Square, soooo many people, luggage drop-off/pick-up is in the souvenir store EXPRESS, you need to go into the store ask staff, then you will be able to figure out. Staff were nice, suitcase was okay for pick-up time. Convenient but it’s hard to find the this luggage drop-off/pick-up location, better get there early time.

Very easy. 15 minute walk from LaGuardia terminal B. Left our luggage, wasn’t opened, then spent time in manhattan while waiting for our flight because South West allows luggage check in 4 hours prior to flight. Worked great!

Great experience! The place was easy to find, it is a gift shop but they keep the bags in the back. No other customer has access to them or other people booking through these types of websites. They were cordial and friendly both at check in and check out. It's straight across from Penn Station so that was great! Great for a day trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!
