The locals shop was great, but I had accidentally booked for the wedding day, and there was no way we could find to cancel and rebook. I tried using the app, but only got AI which provided no help for rebooking at all.

First time using luggage storage with Radical Storage but I was really impressed. App was simple and booking was straight forward. Shopped around and price was cheaper than Bounce and Luggage Hero. Store was easy to find as per directions, staff were really friendly. Was perfect location for getting train from Penn St to JFK. Would use again.
