It was the first time I booked with radical storage and when I went to the booked location no one was there (location completely closed and no phone number to call). However, as I contacted the support center via the inApp chat, they were keen to help. No reimbursement was possible, but they were super fast to modufy the location and send me a new confirmation/QR code, therefore the issue was solved in a very timely manner. Great customer service received.
