The mobile phone/souvenir shop opens at 10 am and is very easy to find if you enter the underground station by the Alster, right next to the sightseeing boats and the tourist information office, next to Café Mio. I used Radical Storage in Winchester (just down the road from the train station) for the afternoon. The gentleman in the shop was friendly and helpful. He is there all day in the shop and stores most luggage upstairs. My suitcase was so big and heavy he stored it in a back room. He is at the shop all day and I felt comfortable leaving my two bags there. I needed internet access to get an esim and he let me use their wireless to get that setup.
