Its a small shop and they will likely just put your bag behind the counter. Insurance covers up to $3k so I wouldn't leave anything more valuable there. Otherwise very convenient for a day trip if you want to be able to walk around without hauling a bag with you.

We had to leave the bag last minute and this place was great. I believe its 24 hrs so its very convenient. Its about a 6-7 mins walk from the Path Station WTC and about 5 mins to the Wall Street station.

Amazing! Easy, convenient and less expensive than a storage unit or a hotel room. If you are in the city for a day consider dropping off at one of these locations, the one we picked was very close to the bus/train station, but also a bit out of the way so there is not a whole bunch of foot traffic while you are dropping off or picking up

It’s located by Times Square, soooo many people, luggage drop-off/pick-up is in the souvenir store EXPRESS, you need to go into the store ask staff, then you will be able to figure out. Staff were nice, suitcase was okay for pick-up time. Convenient but it’s hard to find the this luggage drop-off/pick-up location, better get there early time.
