Very convenient and people were nice!  Second time doing this in NYC it’s great! My belongings were safe!

It was very smooth, although English was difficult to communicate.

Convenient location near the Penn station. Everything worked really well.

Easy to find locations, although the time this business closed was different than what is listed on the app it still worked out ok.  I don't like that there is no option to decline the insurance.  I don't have $3000 worth of goods in the bag!!  And if we are playing the places to store bags and keep them safe, not sure why insurance isn't included in that price.  After all, that's the whole point, keeping our stuff secure.

Process was easy BUT, on Sunday they opened at 9 not at 8 am.
