My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport.
At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!K

The suitcases were stored in a small café near Castello Ursino. It was quick and hassle-free, with friendly staff, and collection was also quick.

I recommend this place because it opens directly onto Hall 2 of Gare de Lyon. It’s a well-stocked grocery shop, which meant we could buy things a bit cheaper than in the station. Used this service in Montpellier. You book the storage in advance then turn up at the location and leave the bags. We found it easy to use and very convenient as the hotel where we left the bags was close to the railway station. Be aware that the location we used had a fixed price for up to 12 hours storage so if you need a shorter period there may be slightly cheaper alternatives, but even though we only needed 3 hours, we were happy with what we got.T
