Well located and close to the London Bridge tube and train station, which made the trip much easier. The Rose is a wonderful pub and they were very kind to me. The only downside is that the luggage storage is downstairs, and if you have large luggage (like me) it's very tiring to go up and down. Apart from that, it's very secure and there are other bags in the storage area.C

Very easy to find and to use. Kind, helpful staff (who helped me lift my case to put it through the scanner).
I wish however that I had known in advance about the need to remove electronic goods from the case before scanning. I found having to unpack on the floor to extract my radio quite stressful.A

I left a new mobile phone in a small red handbag. The staff in the shop were very helpful and ensured me that the handbag containing the phone would be kept in a secure place whilst in storage. I was instructed to take a photo of the ticket number to prove that I was the owner of said phone and handbag on return. I then turned phone off and put it back in the handbag. I'm pleased to say that my items were stored safely and were ready for collection the following day.R

Good. I was under the impression that the bags were to be stored in the basement. We came back and they were still at the top of the stairs. Had concerns about theft when I talked about this when leaving them.M
