“The storage location is outside of both railways stations, closer to Kings across. Once I found #345 Grays Road, I was directed a few doors further along the street where there was a system in place at 10:45am and also there when I returned around 6pm to collect for a 7pm departure. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend to able bodied lone travellers like myself. There were family groups using the service. The shop front of the storage location is narrow and long.”

When I picked up my luggage, one of them noticed that I looked poorly (i ate something bad on the train) and asked if I was alright. We went back to collect them and they were all neatly packed away with a paper system of their location of where our bags where in the shop. We were asked to photograph the luggage with the tags so they could easily identify them when we collected. The shop is 1 minute walk from Paddington (on the right as you come out the main entrance) will use again”
