I would like to thank the chaps running the luggage drop for being kind and helpful. Reassuring to see the luggage is kept in a locked room, and it was reasonably priced! 5min walk from kings cross, so convenient! Would use again. Very good service!

Easy to book, pay and store bags. Check-in and out was handled swiftly via QR code provided via the confirmation email. Protection fee charges per bag added additional cost and unavoidable.

The woman helping us at the store was so helpful! It really helped me feel better about leaving our luggage in an unknown place in a country not of our own. This is a small neighborhood convenience store, almost like a 7/11. They store your items in the back inventory room and lock it. We were a party of 6, including a child and baby so we had a LOT of luggage! They were able to store it all and document with ease. We dropped our bags at 10 am, returned at 7 pm! Very grateful for this service!

Easy to use, friendly service, conveniently close to Waterloo station. My only criticism is that their pricing starts from 2 bags and it's not cheaper just to leave one.

The location was great as I was leaving from Waterloo station. Everything was fine, I was just a bit disappointed that there wasn't an option to leave only one bag at a lower price, the booking form only lets you book 2 or more. I just left my one bag of course, but felt it should have been cheaper.

Dropped two bags at Metro Express near Kings Cross overday. Picked up in afternoon. The short walk was over mostly smooth tiles so it was very kind to the weels :-) Then took Picadilly line to Heathrow. In all a very good experience except for a hick-up with the QR code in the confirmation email needed for checking the bags in and out. QR remained as a thumbnail... The kind man at Metro Express solved this, QR opened and I received a printed receipt. From there, everything was smooth.
