Was the first time user on 21 August, finding the storage site via Google search after being told that the British Library locker room did not accept oversized luggage and bags. Although I was slightly surprised to realise that the storage was located in a local barber shop, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Recommanded for British Library users or travellers near Euston Station.????

Es war etwas ungewohnt, seinen Koffer einfach in einem Kiosk abzustellen, aber es hat wunderbar geklappt.

The location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the museum, and I felt comfortable leaving our luggage there thanks to the vetting process and money coverage provided by Radical Storage. Unfortunately, the customer service from the shopkeeper who also handles the luggage storage really let the experience down. He was clearly having an off day. He was rude, made no eye contact, and would mumble instructions at us before becoming visibly irritated when we hadn’t understood what he had said. When we returned to collect our bags, we then stood waiting for around 20 minutes, despite there being no actual queue, while he allowed other customers visiting the shop to be served ahead of us. Overall, the location and security provided by Radical Storage were excellent, but the poor attitude and lack of customer service from the shopkeeper made the experience less pleasant than it should have been. 4 stars for the convenience and storage service, with 1 star deducted for the poor customer service and attitude.

Easy enough to find and friendly service and all at a great price. Safe and secure, highly recommended when we’re in London again, saving us from taking out cases around with us.

Staff very friendly and helpful, very close to the station but be aware the storage area is partially outdoors, so there might be an issue if it rains.
