The people at this location could not have been nicer. My delivery and pick up times changed with a canceled and rescheduled flight, and they were very accommodating. I felt my bags were very safe.I would recommend this location very highly.

Very easy. Close to south Kensington Station. Just had to show them the QR code for drop off and pick up. I chose the flexible rate so I had time till 10pm to pick it up. I would use this shop again. Even though 10£ for the service is kind of expensive in my opinion. But obviously that has nothing to do with the shop.

Well located and close to the London Bridge tube and train station, which made the trip much easier. The Rose is a wonderful pub and they were very kind to me. The only downside is that the luggage storage is downstairs, and if you have large luggage (like me) it's very tiring to go up and down. Apart from that, it's very secure and there are other bags in the storage area.

The online booking and payment process worked perfectly. However, the drop-off location is in a neighborhood where we felt uncomfortable at 8:00 a.m. There were very few people around, and we were the only tourists—and loaded down with luggage, to boot—even though the area is close to the financial district. Leaving our luggage in a tiny shop where the owner didn’t speak a word of English made me feel uneasy all day long.

We chose 2 big bags and 1 small bag, and we spent about 14 pounds. When we went to the center, it turned out that there were only 2, so we needed to spend more. Just be careful what you choose.

I had booked the luggage storage until 6:00 p.m., but I was told the shop closes at 5:00 p.m. Apparently, their opening hours change from time to time especially weekends. That said, they kindly waited about 10 minutes for me.

Storage was on the floor in the back room of a store right next to the stadium. Very busy and limited space in there so difficult to get in and out. But they were the only place close open late. Fairly easy to get my luggage after the concert and head to the station. They labelled bags with numbers but we were only given a scrap piece of paper with the matching number on then they wrote our names in a notebook. There’s pros and cons but got my stuff back quickly and nothing was missing
