This was a hotel opposite the British Library, very easy to find. The whole experience was easy, The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our luggage was carefully labelled and taken out of the public area. We felt very confident it would be safe and when we collected it at the end of the day it was retrieved quickly. Well recommended

Secure and friendly staff

The hotel was clean and easy to find. They took our luggage into a separate room instead of just putting in the reception, which made me feel very safe.
