“Poorly advertised but ultimately so useful a service. Saved me a lot of grief and struggle. Staff are gruff looking but actually very helpful and courteous. When I picked up my luggage, one of them noticed that I looked poorly (i ate something bad on the train) and asked if I was alright. Not that it solved my stomach issues but it meant a lot that he was concerned for my well being.”M

“Really happy that it gave us the freedom to enjoy London without lugging our luggage around. The service was very straight forward and friendly. We went back to collect them and they were all neatly packed away with a paper system of their location of where our bags where in the shop. We were asked to photograph the luggage with the tags so they could easily identify them when we collected. The shop is 1 minute walk from Paddington (on the right as you come out the main entrance) will use again”H
