I kept my luggage there while staying in Krakow. Everything went smoothly — my luggage was kept safe and nothing was missing. Special thanks to the staff as well: when I came to collect my bags, they kindly let me repack.

Was an unexpetes need. Really easy process, easier with the app but online worked well. Close to our needs and easy full stop. Would recommend for those that can leave bags where they are staying.

Both the deposit and acceptance process was smooth and very helpful. It is difficult to deposit large suitcases in coin lockers in the city, and this one is cheaper and closer to the central station, so I highly recommend it for large suitcases.

I had booked a luggage compartment. It was very straightforward and quick. Unfortunately, our Flixbus didn't run and we had to take an earlier train. We were therefore unable to use the luggage compartment. We were able to cancel the compartment on the same day and received a full refund within 3 minutes.

Good place to leave luggage near the central station. We went with suitcases and backpacks and I made us a good price. The location is a bit further forward than Google Maps (photos attached).
