Had some time before going to our airport hotel to check out Edinburgh so used this storage at the train station. It was super easy to find just following the lost luggage signs, super easy to drop your bags, and super easy to pick them back up. The employees were all very nice. We stored 2 pretty large backpacks for some hours which made it so much easier to wander around town.D

Easy to get to from Waverly station and our bags were secure for a few hours while we walked around the city. They were placed in a basement storage area. However there wasn’t a door to the space and it seemed like anyone could walk down there that was in the store. Luckily, nothing happened but it was a concern when we saw it getting our luggage back.P

I’d never used a luggage storage service before, but I had check out of my hotel in a different area by 10:30 and needed to fly out of Edinburgh at night, so this way I could do stuff around the city during the day. It’s so convenient. A tram stop to go to the airport is across the street and it’s a few min walk from Waverley.E

I did not receive location information via email, as was promised, and could not find the lockers. Thus I was not able to drop the baggages, even though I had paid. I would request for compensation for the cost. I tried to call the company, when the booked time started, but nobody answered. I am disappointed of the service.P

This service was awesome. Your bags are not locked up so if this would bother you don’t go here. But you need to show your code to drop off and pick up and we felt like they were watched while we were gone. The gentlemen was a little late to open but other than that service was good, would use againC
