It was very easy to use Radical Storage at Cafe on the Mound. The staff in the café was very nice. On arrival they scanned the QR code and took a photo of the bags to make sure they return the right ones, then they stored the bags in a safe storage room where only staff was allowed in. The app is easy to use too. I would recommend looking at the reviews of different places before booking the luggage storage.
