Luggage Storage Scott Monument / Waverley

Scott Monument / Waverley

Everything went smoothly. The suitcases were stored at a grocery store. We were able to retrieve them without any problems. You need to take a photo when you drop them off and show it when you want to pick up your suitcases.

The location is convenient, not far from the train station and the Airlink bus stop from the airport. The hours are convenient.

Storage Scott Monument / Waverley
The storage location is a shop called Londis: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zBmYRdAgF2ByiA7N8?g_st=ic
The staff were helpful, the process was smooth, and my bag was kept safe. Overall, I had a positive experience with this storage location.
Radical Storage
Unfortunately, Radical Storage did not provide me with any actual service. The address of the storage location was not shared before I made the payment, so I had no way to check whether the location was suitable

The staff was not that nice, but that's ok. The backpacks were stored on the top of the refrigerator; quite safe I would say. The service is quite expensive, but it worth it.

Was alright, I didn't take a picture of my bag to show on return but I did give a detailed description of it - that didn't help much, because the guy barely spoke english. But we managed

It’s located a short distance from Waverley Station and is reasonably priced. However, the address on Google Maps was incorrect, so I spent over 30 minutes trying to find it before finally locating it by checking reviews. There were no signs, and since it’s located inside a shopping center, it was difficult to find. The staff was very businesslike, so I couldn’t expect much in the way of customer service. Based on my experiences traveling to more than 30 countries over the years, I can’t say I was satisfied, which is a shame.

The storage location with its proximity to the train station was good. The store was a little tricky to find as there is building works next door and this made the shops visibility from the street a bit of an issue. Especially as the actual directions location on my confirmation takes you to the incorrect location. It takes you further up the road. The man behind the counter was miserable and barely legible, just muttered. Lacked any form of what I expect from good customer service.
