It was a good experience, punctuality and commitment on Julián's part, an excellent experience for the first time we had to store our luggage, 10 out of 10.

Very good service. We kept it there for a week.

So great, will absolutely use again. Bag drop was so easy and secure at the hotel, a nice walk with beautiful views along the river to old Lyon and a short walk to nice bars and bistros. It was so helpful not to carry a heavy backpack all day. The lady in there (Hortense I think! Sorry if I'm wrong) was so very friendly and helpful, and gave me lots of recommendations for the day out in Lyon. Would definitely use this location again, would also consider staying at the hotel and also using other radical storage locations in other cities too!

Straightforward, fantastic, friendly and accommodating staff. Would 100% use this service again.

Close to Saint Lazare station. Pleasant welcome.
    Stefan H.
All worked well. But you should now, the last meters are narrow and steep. Today it was really crowded because of the holiday.
    Aabida S.
Lovely service. Easy to find and safe location. No issues :)
    Debora M.
The hotel is not actually in the city centre, but the fact that it is opposite Ancona train station (and also opposite the bus stop for the centre) makes its location extremely convenient for those arriving in or leaving the city by public transport. It is open 24 hours a day, and the staff are very kind and helpful (my husband and I were even able to have a coffee at the hotel bar while picking up our bags at the end of the day). The entire service was efficient (both the booking via the app and the baggage drop-off and pick-up process), and the storage area is very secure, located inside the hotel and locked with a key. Highly recommended!

Easily Accessible from Porta Susa Station, great price, Friendly Staff! Grazie Mille
    Aurelia L.
Perfect location and very convenient. Everything went really well. I recommend it 😊
    Stacey A.
They looked after our cases very well. The pub is a little bit difficult to find when using Google Maps to direct you. Have a good look at the map and make your own way. Possibly could’ve been because of various work being carried out around the station. Only thing I would say is the lady who took our cases and was very grumpy. No amount of pleasantries helped. But the man who gave us our cases when we collected them was very nice to deal with.
    Radek K.
Everything was fine, leaving luggage and picking it up without any problems, close to the underground and buses going to the airport. I recommend it.
    Chardon C.
Perfect location and very pleasant staff

You enter, scan the QR code, take a photo of your suitcase and the numbers given by the staff, and that's it. When you collect your suitcase, you show the photo, scan the code, and you're done. They could put up a slightly clearer sign because it's easy to miss them.
    Anisa Y.
Perfect storage place and great service!
    Rachel D.
Very easy. Booked the storage about an hour before we dropped it off. Surprised we weren’t asked for ID/ email/confirmation of any sort when we picked it up, especially as it was a different man from the one who we dropped it off with, but ours appeared to be the only luggage there so guess he assumed we were legit. Would definitely use again though.

So easy to use. The people at the shop were super helpful and friendly. I would use this service again in future.

How should I arrive to the Edinburgh Castle from the Airport of Edinburgh?

In order to arrive to the Edinburgh Castle from the Edinburgh Airport, there are a few convenient transportation options. First of all, the most convenient and straightforward option is to take a taxi or use a rideshare service. Since outside the airport terminal, there are dedicated taxi queues where taxis are readily available, it should be really easy to find the ride. The drive from the airport to the castle typically takes around 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

An alternative to this could be the Airlink bus service. In fact, the express bus runs between the airport and the city center, making multiple stops along the way, which might be convenient for you. You can catch the Airlink bus right outside the terminal building, and it offers a comfortable and cost-effective way to reach the castle. From the final stop in the city center, you can either walk up the historic Royal Mile or hop on a local bus that will take you closer to the castle gates.

If you instead want to use public transportation, there are countless local buses that links from the airport to the city center. The bus stops are conveniently located outside the terminal building, and various routes connect the airport to different parts of the city. Once in the city center, you can again walk up the Royal Mile or transfer to a different bus that serves the castle area.

How to reach the Edinburgh Waverley Station from the Edinburgh Castle

If you want to reach Edinburgh Waverley Station from Edinburgh Castle, here’s the list of the most convenient options available.

Certainly, walking is the most straightforward way to get between these two locations, which will allow you to explore the city. It takes 15 minutes to cover the distance of around 0.8 miles. Simply head east from the castle down Castlehill, then continue onto the Royal Mile. Once you reach Market Street, turn right and follow it down until you reach the entrance of Edinburgh Waverley Station.

You could also think about taking a taxi or rideshare service, that can be found outside of the castle. It’s an easier and faster method, especially helpful if you have heavy luggage or are unable to walk for an extended period. The journey only takes around 5 minutes depending on traffic.

However, there are bus services available that could link you to the place. Outside the castle, along the Royal Mile, you can find bus stops with multiple routes heading towards the city center. You could take the bus number 6 to the Princes Street stop, which is only a short walk from the station. Additionally, bus numbers 23 and 27 also pass by Waverley Bridge, which is adjacent to the station.

Lastly, if you prefer the train, you can catch an Edinburgh-bound train from Haymarket Station, located in the west of the city. The journey to Edinburgh Waverley Station only takes a few minutes. Once you arrive at Waverley, you can easily access the city center or catch connecting trains to other destinations.
