Great experience! Easy to connect when we needed to chat with someone and are bags were waiting untouched when we locked them up. Used two different location in Rome. Absolute lifesaver in 40 degree weather. Staff was friendly and helpful

Easy and fast pickup and drop
Useful location as a little further out of the centre than most. Easy to find address although name of agent not clearly indicated outside. The only strange thing that occurred is that the messages from the App about drop and pick up times were all incorrect and out of sync with the actual time in Italy. So for example I received a message that I was late 30 minutes before my planned drop time.
