-1star for issues with the app providing a wrong address & itinerary. Had to search on Google maps for the name of the shop provided on the app to find the right address. Was stressful and lots of unplanned walk (which for someone with mobility issues can be taxxing).
The shop is well located, not far from public transportation and is accessible to disabled people with some mobility issues (I'm a rollator user. I think a wheelchair user could manage as well but can't confirm).
Staff was welcoming and professional. Shop was clean and tidy. The neighbourhood felt safe. So in the end, I felt safe leaving my luggage there.
Retrieving it was fast and easy. Price was fair, especially since it was a big luggage and my booking was last minute.
All in all I would recommend.T

Very friendly staff, great location, 24/7 reception, some lockers are large enough for a full-size (23kg) suitcase plus a small backpack. Overall, good experience. Drawback is that the Radical Storage and hostel lockers are not linked, which meant for me that my suitcase locker “expired” next day for the hostel locker system and was taken to lost & found; it was all good and the hostel staff kept it there for me for the week, but it was quite worrying when I opened the door and it was not there.A

Easy little drop off 5 mins from Berlin Hbf (which was full and a nightmare!). Shame we had to pay what seemed to be a day rate for 1.5 hours but service was great and would recommend rather than wasting time in the station if have suitcasesT

The booking process itself is quick and straightforward. There are many locations. The cashback for the next booking is great. I think a tiered pricing structure based on duration would be fairer. Changing a booking should be easier—I even downloaded the app and created an account, but even then I couldn’t make changes on my own; I could only do so via the chatbot. Having to open and close the storage unit just once isn’t user-friendly. I’d like to be able to access my belongings more often and with greater flexibility during the storage period.Some reviews have been automatically translated.
