Very friendly staff, great location, 24/7 reception, some lockers are large enough for a full-size (23kg) suitcase plus a small backpack. Overall, good experience. Drawback is that the Radical Storage and hostel lockers are not linked, which meant for me that my suitcase locker “expired” next day for the hostel locker system and was taken to lost & found; it was all good and the hostel staff kept it there for me for the week, but it was quite worrying when I opened the door and it was not there.

Easy little drop off 5 mins from Berlin Hbf (which was full and a nightmare!). Shame we had to pay what seemed to be a day rate for 1.5 hours but service was great and would recommend rather than wasting time in the station if have suitcases

I highly recommend this luggage storage. I was nervous about where to leave my luggage for a night plane and this was the smoothest experience. We were there for one minute, left, retrieved the luggage in one minute and were on the way. A five minute walk to the Berlin Hbf with big luggage. Couldn't recommend a luggage storage more!!

This place saved our butts because the luggage storage provided at the train station was full. This was easy to find, easy to book online. And very expensive! But if you need luggage storage, this is the place to go. The owners of the shop were super kind and helpful. One note, the map doesn’t take you to the right place. The place is called the urban store and it is across the street.
