Luggage Storage Friedrichstadt

Cool idea and all good with our luggage. I thought the booking process was a bit confusing at first because we didn't realise the concept was to store your bags in a shop/hotel rather than a place called "Radical Storage" so we were standing outside the address wondering if we'd been scammed until we figured out what was going on. The previous brand name 'Bag BnB' made more sense.

Very polite and responsive staff at the reception: they explained everything to us about registration and luggage storage, they even directed us to the bus stop, without them we wouldn't have been able to get by. I highly recommend the place - very nice people! :)

We left our baggage with Julio for the day, and he was incredibly helpful and punctual! At first, we felt a little bit awkward because we were leaving our luggage at Julio’s own place rather than a dedicated storage facility with cameras. But thanks to Julio’s great communication and friendly attitude, we quickly felt at ease and safe. The rest of the experience was absolutely smooth, and we’d definitely recommend his service!

QR system is easy and fast. Bags are stored in a locked basement, out of sight from people passing by. At both check-in and checkout everything was sorted in matter of seconds. Recommend, it being so close to the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow.

Close to the locker where you can leave your luggage. Very friendly welcome from the person collecting your luggage. A place I can recommend with my eyes closed.

The people of the shop were very nice. We felt safe to store our luggage. The point in google maps in not totally accurate. The shop looks very small, but the storage is in the next building. We were happy to find a storage during christmas market in Straßbourg. We stored 3 luggages.

The place does exist but it is badly signposted, it is a luggage storage business (5€ per bag), but it is not a storage business as such. The service was good.
