Alexanderplatz Bahnhof

The location listed by the provider is incorrect. The drop-off point is a few house numbers further down the street, inside a kiosk, and is very inconspicuous. Thanks to photos and information from a Google Maps reviewer, we were able to find the location. Why the location can’t simply be described correctly is a mystery to me. Otherwise, dropping off and picking up the luggage went smoothly.

Service was great, but a bit difficult to find as the map is not showing where it is correctly

A very convenient location and friendly, welcoming staff.

Finding the location (City Store Kiosk) was easy and everything went smoothly, without any problems. Our luggage was stored out of sight. Recommended!
