Very good customer service. I accidently booked for the incorrect date, and online staff helped me fix my mistake really quickly. At the place it self all ok, no problems with dropping or picking up the suitcase.

Easy, quick and convenient storage for your luggage. Located inside Waterloo Station and very secure, they even security scan your luggage before accepting it making it very safe too. Staff very friendly and helpful. You pay a higher price for location, but for this you get convenience and peace of mind that your luggage is 100% safe.

Not easy to find. They are in the basement. Otherwise very good service.

No issues, just reserve online and they’ll take a photo of the reservation. We did it there, they were kind and helpful.

The point is opposite the station, exit left. Kind and safe. QR code check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Great place to leave our luggage in storage, 5 minutes walk from the station and in a side street c/o hotel le rose, courteous staff, they even let us use the bathroom before we left. Recommended.
