Amazing service. We were late by about 20 min collecting our bags, they had closed but stayed until we got there to give us our bags. They were professional and very polite even though I would have been annoyed if I was in his position. We appreciated the accommodation so very much.J

Very easy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and was quick to store our bags and equally quick to retrieve them later. The bags were held in a separate area in the back of the store that appeared secure. Picked up our bags 10 hours later with no issues.C

Wry convenient , easy o find , just over the royal mile . A little bit of a hill to climb but it was ok . Really nice guy who takes pic and tags your luggage , really helpful . Would definitely use again . Booking was easy , had a few question before we visited Edinburgh which were answered . Price was good .D
