Very easy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and was quick to store our bags and equally quick to retrieve them later. The bags were held in a separate area in the back of the store that appeared secure. Picked up our bags 10 hours later with no issues.C

Easy to use app, good info enabled us to find the convenience store where we were leaving our luggage easily. When we dropped off and picked up it was as simple as showing the QR code to them to scan. Would use Radical storage again.A
