Staff is friendly and is able to speak english.
You won't get a ticket to confirm, that you have dropped your bag. Neither will you be checked at pickup, that it is really your luggage.

The location was great, just a short 3-5 minute walk from the train station. Our hosts were very kind and professional, took pictures of our bags for security. The hours is operation were convenient, open every day. We left our bags for a week while we went hiking in the Dolomites and retrieved them without a hitch!M

It was very easy to find the storage location. They stored the luggage toward the back of the bar off to the side. We were told it would be taken upstairs but when we picked it up, it was still In the same place.
