It was very easy to find the storage location. They stored the luggage toward the back of the bar off to the side. We were told it would be taken upstairs but when we picked it up, it was still In the same place. We weren't really worried about it and everything turned out fine but using the service depends on your comfort with your luggage potentially being in the open.
