The place I booked (and paid for in advance) to store my suitcase was a supermarket not equipped to safely store my belongings. My suitcase was placed in a small closet, and they didn't even ask me for my name or any identification so I don't know how they could have identified me to return my suitcase to me and not to anyone else. I was forced to leave and choose another storage facility paying again.T

The storage is in the basement of a market. The basement had all their food stock. We had to carry our bags down two flights of stairs and then of course back up the stairs when we picked up our bags.S

The person at the shop was rude, he took our jackets and practically threw them in the room where he was storing the bags. The room wasn't padlocked and although there are cameras in the shop he can easily be distracted and someone can enter the room to steal the bags. Overall unpleasant experience.L

I booked a luggage storage location near Sagrada Família through Radical Storage. However, when I arrived at the reserved address, the location was not offering Radical Storage services at all. I spent nearly 30 minutes searching the area, but I couldn't find the service anywhere. As a result, I wasted valuable time during my trip and was ultimately unable to use the service I'd already paid for.
I have requested a refund, but I'm not sure whether it'll be approved. Very disappointing experienceש
