Employee st the souvenir shop was rude & lied to my elderly parents about not being able to add a small bag & told them they weren't going to be able to bring g it into the sagrada familia when there are also lockers in there too. Made my parents stress for no reason until another employee showed my parents how to add a bag on the app. My parents aren't tech savvy, for 5 bucks the first guy was unnecessarily combative, a liar & for some reason wanted my parents to stress out; think it was too late to add a small bag or think they would not be able to enter the sagrada familia with it & didn't tell them about the lockers in there, that they for sure would have paid for had this guy just told them that. I just don't understand what the point was in acting like that, my parents were damn neat begging him to let them add the small bag and offering to pay double. Grateful that the second guy overheard and took pity on my parents and helped them out, showed them it was just a simple process of scanning the code and adding the bag online, but I want to know what was so hard about that for the first guy, is this not his business, does he not profit from the storage units? I'm confused my that behavior? 3 stars because they got their stuff in there eventually and got it all back.
