“The baggage drop-off was incredibly easy. The gentleman at the checkout was very friendly. You receive a chip which you have to return when you pick up your luggage. I would definitely do it again and recommend it. Quick, no crowds (even though the Lanxess Arena had closed its baggage drop-off), and it's easy to do on short notice. My only minor complaint would be that the employee wasn't quite as customer-friendly after the shift change and was also on a video call during the return process.”A

“After the initial booking via PayPal unfortunately failed, customer support quickly refunded the money. The second attempt with a credit card was successful, and the storage and collection process then went perfectly.”
