Winter Wonderland London dates and opening hours
The 2026 season opens on Thursday 19 November and closes on Sunday 3 January 2027, which the organisers have also marked as a Family Fun Day. The park closes on Christmas Day only.
Most days run from 10am to 10pm, with last entry at 9.30pm. Several weekdays start later: noon on 19, 20, 23 to 26 and 30 November and 2 December, 2pm on 1 December, and 11am on a number of December weekdays and from 28 December to 1 January. Tickets and entry prices for Winter Wonderland London
Everyone needs an entry ticket for a one-hour arrival slot between 10am and 8pm. Once you’re in, you can stay until closing. There are three tiers:
- Off-peak slots are free to enter, but you still need to book. Off-peak pricing also covers Monday to Thursday in November.

Ice skating at the bandstand
The open-air rink wraps around Hyde Park’s Victorian bandstand. Sessions are timed and sell out on weekend evenings, so book a slot when you buy your entry.
Giant Wheel and rides
The Giant Wheel gives you a view over the park and the West End lights. Around it you’ll find roller coasters, drop towers and gentler rides for small children. New for 2026 are ride passes and a ride and game credit option, which can work out cheaper than paying ride by ride.
Magical Ice Kingdom and Ice Bar

Getting to Winter Wonderland London
Take the Tube. Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line) is the closest station to the site, and Marble Arch (Central line) and Knightsbridge (Piccadilly line) are short walks away. Several bus routes stop along Park Lane and Knightsbridge. Parking around Hyde Park is limited and expensive, so driving rarely makes sense.
