Tuscany and Pisa have always been synonymous with rich and fine food and there are many and varied aspects of the city that you can discover with our food and wine tour.
Along with the locals, who live the city every day, we will take you to the city’s most popular and historic places and we will make you try the real “pisano” taste and flavours: starting from the typical rural tuscan salamis and cheeses, to the traditional focaccia “cecina” (from italian “ceci”: chickpeas), to conclude with an ice cream in one of the historical ice-cream stores in the city.

- Cold meats from Tuscany – the famous Tuscan cured meats along with a glass of fine red wine in the framework of one of the oldest wine bars of the city.
- Tuscan soup – one of the most famous dishes of the Pisan farmers’ tradition: homemade bread, savoy cabbage, pork, onions, potatoes and beans. Try it in one of the oldest city restaurants!
- Ribollita – another dish from the farmers’ tradition, wisely prepared in the same way since generations, in one of the most typical and lively trattoria of Pisa. You can find the recipe here.
- Pisa breed stew – rich and traditional Pisan dish, to taste in one of the best local taverns! You will not be able to taste it anywhere else!
- Uccelletto style beans with sausage – intense and traditional Tuscan dish prepared with cannellini beans, tomato sauce, sage and black pepper and served with the delicious Tuscan sausage.

Area: The tour will take place in Pisa downtown, mostly in pedestrian area internationally known for their beauty.
It’s a social dining experience. People from all over the world sharing food stories enjoying a relaxing and joyful atmosphere. Therefore, we have a 2 people minimum and 10 people maximum policy. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule onto another time or date (100% refund).
Expect 1 serving minimum at each stop. Water, wine or beer/soft drinks (in fixed amounts) will be served.
Child policy: children below 5 years old are free of charge. Children from 6 to 12 have 50% discount.
