Booking and payment
How do I book a tour?
To book a tour, you need to fill in the booking field on the website and pay by credit/debit card (cash payment is not allowed).
How much do the tours cost?
Prices vary according to the selected tour type. The average cost is between €10-20.
Do I have to book my tour in advance?
All tours must be booked in advance on the website.
How do I access the digital content of my tour?
You need to download the Vox City app and activate your tour through your personal QR access code found in the confirmation email received after the purchase.
What happens if I want to cancel my tour?
Most of our tours are non-refundable. But some of them (e.g. hop-on hop-off walking tours) allow you to cancel up to 1 day in advance and receive a full refund. Before booking, please carefully read all tour details.
