The typical Southern and Mediterranean temperament will give you a warm welcome with its best recipes, the Spanish guitar and flamenco sounds will be your companion during this journey.

  • Fried Squid or Anchovies: The most typical food of Malaga are the anchovies, eaten mainly fried in hot oil. The quality of the fish is very good since it is every day to the beach bars and restaurants. The fact that locas of Malaga eat tons of anchovies per year lead to the famous nickname for people of Malaga, called also “boquerones” (anchovies). In alternative fried squid can be chosen.
  • Platter of Manchego Cheese and Iberian Ham de cebo: The queso manchego is very low in fat, has a strong taste and due to its long seasoning doesn’t need any other ingredients to be added. It is typically served with bread and olive oil. The world-famous Jamón de cebo speaks for itself, it is a high-quality and long-seasoned ham with an intense taste and low fat content.
  • Tortilla de patatas: The Spanish potato tortilla is an international topseller, thanks to its adaptability as side dish, hot dish and starter.
  • Iberian chorizo de cebo : This typical Spanish acorn sausage is typically cured or fried
  • Meatballs in tomato sauce: The tasty meatballs cooked in a delicious tomato sauce are a classic in every Spanish household
  • Alioli potatoes or patatas bravas: This appetizer consists in fried potatoes with a garlic sauce or spicy tomato sauce on top
  • Croquetas caseras: These delicious croquettes are cooked with bechamel sauce (flour, butter, milk and nutmeg), salt, pepper, onion, EVO olive oil, ham, eggs and bread crumbs. With these ingredients the croquettes are brought into their typical oval shape and fried in hot oil.
  • Ice cream – 2 tastes (2 balls) in cup or cone.

This is a social dining experience: people from all over the world sharing food and stories, enjoying a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum policy. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule onto another time or date.

Expect one serving minimum at each stop. Water, wine or beer/soft drinks will be served

Child policy: children under 5 years old are free of charge. Between 5 and 12 have 50% discount.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in alcohol tastings.
