Great experience with Radical Storage at Travelshop Bike and Experience in Malmö Central Station.
The staff were very friendly, and both drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy. My luggage was stored safely and returned exactly as I left it.
The location can be a little tricky to find at first, but once you reach the bicycle parking area of the station, the shop is clearly signposted. I felt completely comfortable leaving my belongings here and would definitely use this service again.H

First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. Great option, particularly if you are in an apartment up on the hill and need somewhere to leave your luggage close by. Essentially someone’s home, but service was great and very convenient. Only advice is the entrance is around the corner (near number 5) and not where Google maps will send you, seems like a minor thing but the hill is very steep if you are hauling luggage. There is a ‘left luggage service’ sign next to the gate (not shown in picture), so you will know you have the right place). I hope this helps someone.E

On my way from Vienna to Budapest, I stopped off in Bratislava for a few hours of sightseeing and left my rucksack in storage there.
Although you can book in advance, I accessed the Radical Storage website on the spot via the QR code at the shop entrance and completed the booking and payment online. I simply had the QR code from my booking confirmation email scanned at the till, handed over my bag, and it was all sorted in no time. They even take a photo of your luggage when you drop it off. (Incidentally, the service is provided in a shop that looks like a small supermarket.)
When I went to collect my bag, I simply spoke to the staff at the till and they handed it over straight away, so I didn’t lose any time.
It’s located on the corner opposite Trinity Church on the north side of the Old Town, which was a convenient spot for catching the tram to Bratislava hl.st. station. It was a great help to be able to explore the city unburdened. I highly recommend it.E
