Very comfortable, safe and attentive. It’s a shame there was a branch closer to the port and the system directed me to one a bit further away. It would be perfect if the system asked whether you needed a taxi to get there, as lugging suitcases 400 metres over uneven ground in the heat was a bit of a struggle. They are located in the heart of downtown Bologna, across from Piazza Maggiore and Neptune. They are in an alley - a little hidden, but labeled correctly. Very helpful and no problems at all. They close at 7pm, so be sure to collect your bags prior to that.P
